Producers Kirstine Barfod and Sigrid Dyekjær received an Emmy for 'Exceptional Merit In Documentary Filmmaking' for their war documentary from Syria, 'The Cave'. The 72nd Emmy Awards was held on Saturday as a mostly virtual ceremony hosted by Jimmy Kimmel.
The 4th nominations / awards are:
Exceptional Merit In Documentary Filmmaking - 2020 (won the award)
Outstanding Cinematography For A Nonfiction Program - 2020 (won the award)
HECAT Studio is a co-production on this striking documentary and the VFX producer of the film with more than 130 shots.
